Today, more than ever before, many of us desire a lifestyle that is healthier and more fulfilling - an ideal that is individual yet connected. We all have the energetic aspects of body, mind, and soul.
Making time to explore wellness with these aspects may seem like another challenge. In leading busy lives (sometimes crazy busy), making time for our own wellness seems illusive at best. We know deep within that carving out personal quiet time is central to the 'integrated wellness success' we seek.

When we are fully in 'busyness', we may find ourselves on the edge of exhaustion, where feelings of frustration, irritability, and overwhelm become unwelcome companions. How do we turn the tide?
With our breath. You are invited to take a moment now to focus on your breath - breathing, followiing your breath into your body. Now, let that breath go ... slowly and softly, and ask yourself ... What do I need in this moment? Listen for the answer. Hear the message embodied in the answer.
Meditation and your breath are this beautifully simple step to begin on a healthier path. 'Breath as healer'.
When I named my company LIV Positive Change, I did just that ... looked for positive change everywhere. I took time for me wherever I could ... lots of breath work ... lots of listening to my inner voice. Practicing meditation as best I could in those precious moments. As I practiced, I found a most delicious space where meditative silence helped me understand what was needed in each moment. Through meditation and other integrated wellness practices we all can find positive change.
